Question:Is voting on the national level voluntary or compulsory?
Answer(s): a. Voting is voluntary
Comments: The laws shall guarantee the expression of the will of the people by means of equal, direct, secret and universal suffrage, which can be exercised at the age of 18. There is no provision or rule into the Law about compulsory vote.
