Electoral Disputes Agency(ies)


Question:What are the agency(ies) responsible for the first level of formal electoral disputes?

Comments: An Electoral Offences Court is to be established, which will sit anywhere in Sierra Leone as the Chief Justice decides. The Election Offences Court has juridiction to try any election offence under the Public Elections Act. (Public Elections Act, art. 137)
