- Non-adoption of election law slows down Montenegro's EU accession, emg.rs (2011)
- The Montenegrin Parliament did not adopt the election law on 31 July and now the new deadline is 31 December. The deadline has so far been extended for seven times. According to Charles Tannock, Rapporteur on Montenegro the non-adoption of the election law may slow down Montenegro on its way to the EU.
