JEE HAN RECIBIDO EL 80 POR CIENTO DE LAS ACTAS OBSERVADAS

Expedientes son resueltos con prontitud y de acuerdo a ley JEE HAN RECIBIDO EL 80 POR CIENTO DE LAS ACTAS OBSERVADAS El Primer JEE de Lima Este, en La Molina, recibirá la mayor cantidad de expedientes Los 11 Jurados Electorales Especiales (JEE) implementados para el proceso de revocatoria de autoridades municipales de Lima Metropolitana han recibido, hasta el momento, el 80 por ciento de las actas observadas en las Oficinas Descentralizadas de Procesos Electorales (ODPE). Dichos documentos electorales son resueltos en estas instancias electorales con prontitud, transparencia y de acuerdo a ley, siguiendo la exhortación del titular del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE), doctor Francisco Távara Córdova. Una vez resueltas las actas, existe un periodo de impugnación de tres días hábiles para que cualquiera de las partes involucradas en el proceso electoral pueda apelar la decisión tomada. En caso de producirse la impugnación, esta es elevada al Pleno del JNE, órgano que tratará los casos en audiencia pública y resolverá en última y definitiva instancia. A la fecha aún no se ha derivado ningún expediente. Se tiene previsto que el Primer JEE de Lima Este, en La Molina, reciba un total de 2,343 expedientes, que lo convierte en la sede con mayor carga electoral. Le siguen el Tercer JEE de Lima Norte (Comas) y el Segundo JEE de Lima Este (San Juan de Lurigancho), con 2,202 y 1830 actas con observaciones.
