The announcement comes after the opposition has made several allegations about fraud committed primarily through manipulation of computer tallies of the ballots. General Fonseka has said that he will challenge the results in court but has not done so yet. He can go to the courts within 21 days of the election.

Georgia: GEL 1.2 mln Allocated to Re-Check Voters List, Civil.ge (2010)
