En la votación electrónica, el PPC llegó a 31,5% (330 votos), le siguen Somos Perú 23,1% (242), Acción Popular 1,3% (118) El PPC ganó elecciones en el distrito de Santa María del Mar (ONPE) Apenas una hora y media después del cierre del centro de votación, la Oficina Nacional de Procesos Electorales (ONPE) dio a conocer los resultados en el distrito de Santa María del Mar al 100%. Santa María del Mar fue el único distrito de Lima Metropolitana donde se realizó la votación electrónica en el marco de los comicios para elegir a los 22 regidores que reemplazarán a las autoridades revocadas. De acuerdo con los resultados, el Partido Popular Cristiano (PPC) obtuvo el 31,5% (330 votos). en el segundo lugar en preferencia está Somos Perú con 23.1% (242 votos); Acción Popular 11.3% (118 votos); Perú Posible 5% (52 votos); Tierra y Dignidad 4.6% (48 votos); Partido Humanista Peruano 3% (31 votos) y Siempre Unidos 2.3% (24 votos).

SANCIONES La infracción a la ley seca es sancionada con pena privativa de la libertad no mayor de seis meses y una multa no menor del 10% del ingreso mínimo vital, multiplicado por 30 días multa, más pena accesoria de inhabilitación, por igual tiempo que la condena. Igualmente, el día de las elecciones están prohibidos los espectáculos populares, funciones teatrales, cine, reuniones públicas, oficios religiosos durante las horas del sufragio. A 24 HORAS Los miembros de la Comisión de Constitución del Congreso aprobaron hace unos días un proyecto de ley que reduce a 24 horas la denominada ley seca durante los procesos electorales. Sin embargo, este aún no fue aprobado en el Congreso. Este domingo 24 de noviembre se realizarán las Nuevas Elecciones Municipales para la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, en las que participan siete agrupaciones políticas, cuyos candidatos aspiran a reemplazar a los 22 regidores que fueron revocados el 17 de marzo.
