There have been no redistributions triggered by malapportionment.
The rules governing the timing of redistributions are based on objective criteria, and do not permit the government of the day any discretion with regard to the scheduling of redistributions. The rules also clearly ensure that there is a limit on the length of time that can elapse between redistributions, which has tended to limit the extent to which malapportionment can arise.

29.1. In order to hold elections, the Central Election Commission shall form 125 election (referendum) constituencies (hereinafter election constituencies) every 5 years, based on information on the number of voters permanently residing and registered in the relevant territorial units, provided by the municipalities in conjunction with the relevant executive bodies.
29.5. The Central Election Commission should approve the scheme of formation of election constituencies and their maps on the basis of information on voters, every 5 years within 30 days after the Integrated Voters’ List is compiled. During this period, the scheme of formation of election constituencies and their maps can be re-approved.

Federal electoral boundaries are adjusted after each decennial census to reflect changes in population, this process is called redistrubution.In Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nunavut redistribution also takes place every 10 years. In Prince Edward Island, electoral boundaries are reviewed after every third general election. In Quebec, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon and the Northwest Territories, they are reviewed after every second general election. In New Brunswick, redistribution proceeds only after an Order in Council. In Ontario, according to the Representation Act, 1996, the electoral districts are identical to those established for federal elections, and there is no provincial redistribution. Under the Representation Act, 2005, this process of redistribution will not apply to Ontario’s northern ridings after September 2007.

In India boundaries are meant to be examined after the ten-yearly census to reflect changes in population, for which Parliament by law establishes an independent Delimitation Commission, made up of the Chief Election Commissioner and two judges or ex-judges from the Supreme Court or High Court. However, under a constitutional amendment of 1976, delimitation was suspended until after the census of 2001, ostensibly so that states’ family-planning programmes would not affect their political representation in the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabhas. 1. In the Republic of Kazakhstan the system of constituencies shall be formed and used at elections of maslikhat deputies, members of other local self-government bodies.
2. Excluded by the Constitutional Act of the RK of 29.06.2018 No. 162-VI (enters into force upon expiry of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication).
3. At elections of the President of the Republic and the Mazhilis deputies to be elected on the basis of the party lists under the proportional representation system the whole territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be considered as a single national constituency.

12. The scheme of single-mandate electoral districts shall be approved by a federal law for a period of 10 years. The Commission delineates the boundaries for direct elections on the condition that the number of people encompassed in one constituency must not be in excess of or less than 20% of the median standard. The median standard represents the total population of the Sudanese Republic or province or locality divided by the number of members in the National Assembly or the Provincial or Local Assemblies who were elected directly respectively.

The electoral boundaries do not change automatically. As for Riksdag elections, constituencies are stated in the Swedish Elections Act. Before each election, the local authorities decide whether to keep the existing boundaries or change them due to, for example, new settlements. For boundaries to be changed there has to be essential changes in the population structure.

(1) states that The Commission shall, in accordance with the provisions of this section, review the number and boundaries of the constituencies into which Trinidad and Tobago is divided and submit to the Prime Minister and the Speaker for presentation to the House of Representatives in accordance with this section

(a) showing the constituencies into which it recommends that Trinidad and Tobago should be divided in order to give effect to the rules set out in the Second Schedule; or
(b) stating that, in the opinion of the Commission, no alteration is required to the existing number
or boundaries of constituencies in order to give effect to the said rules.

There are no specific provisions in the electoral legislation or the Constitution except the ability to subdivide Districts into wards and the ability by Parliament to make "special provisions" for parts of Tuvalu with special "electoral problems". To redraw boundaries would mean an amendment of the Electoral Provisons Schedule 1. There is a discrepency in both the Constitution and Electoral Provisions in that they both state what should constitute a District(Constituency) but make no provision to change the composition of that District should that District no longer comply with definitions in the Constitution or Electoral Provisions.
