تعليقات 107.6: Should the Constituency Election Commission discover mistakes or inadmissible corrections and inconsistencies in the protocol (including other documents attached thereto) of a Precinct Election Commission, the Constituency Election Commission may adopt a decision on the recount of votes in the relevant election precinct. 108.4: Should the Central Election Commission, within at the latest 4 days after Voting Day, discover mistakes or inadmissible corrections and inconsistencies in the protocols (including other documents attached thereto) submitted by the Constituency Election Commissions, the Central Election Commission may adopt a decision on the recount of votes in the relevant election constituency. 170.3: If voting in a single mandate election constituency is considered invalid due to the miscount of ballot papers, the Central Election Commission shall make a decision on recount of votes.
