Comments:
National Directorate of the political party shall request the register before the Supreme Electoral Court through three testimonies of the constitutive act and the documentation according with the law, also pointing: name, acronyms, symbols and colors of the party; list of the National Directorate members; and, institution address. In addition, it is required the inscription of the militancy with at least 2% of the total voters during last general elections.
