تعليقات A political party, a candidate or, in his/her absence, his/her election or counting representatives may, within 24 hours of the announcement of the result by the Returning Officer under the provisions of section 432, apply in writing to the Returning Officer to recount the votes either wholly or in part stating the grounds on which he/she demands the recount.
