تعليقات Article 12: Of its attributions. The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) is in charge of the control of the electoral operations. It has all the power of investigation to ensure the sincerity of the vote. To do this it: * Controls the management of the electoral register, * Controls the establishment and revision of electoral lists, * Controls the printing and distribution of voter cards, * Ensures the publication of voters lists, * Standby to the publication of the members of the polling stations, * Ensures the control of the electoral operations, * Checks the installation of the materials and the electoral documents, * Can appoint two members in charge to assist the computerized transmission of the results carried out in the office of the Minister of the Interior.
