QuestionQuelles sont les conditions d’enregistrement pour les partis politiques prenant part aux élections nationales (chambre 1)?
Réponses a. Collecte de signatures (précisez le nombre)
f. Autre
Réponses All political parties which gained representation in parliament at the previous Folketing election and which are still present in parliament are automatically assigned the right to participate. New parties must file their registration to the Minister for the Interior not later than noon 15 days prior to election day. The registration must be accompanied by statements from voters whose number corresponds to 1/175 of all valid votes cast in the last genaral election as a minimum. The voters' statements must clearly state the name of the voter, CRS number, permanent address, and be signed and dated by the voter in his own handwriting. The German Minority Party may participate in general elections without presenting signatures, but hasn't done so since 1971.
