تعليقات To become a member of the National Electoral Council, it is required to be an Ecuadorian citizen and be in full possession of their political rights. In order to become member of the Electoral Contentious Tribunal, it is required to be an Ecuadorian citizen, be in full possession of their political rights, to hold a university degree in law (legally recognized in the country) and to have served with proven integrity the professions of lawyer, judge or academic professor of law for a minimum of ten years.
