تعليقات The number of constituencies, which shall be determined on the basis of the population of the country and special representation of minority nationalities and peoples, shall not exceed 550 and shall contain proportional number of people except in the case of constituencies where minority nationalities and peoples are represented. There shall be constituencies where minority nationalities and peoples whose number is not less than 20 and are believed to require special representation, shall be represented.
