Financement privé des partis

Réponses The party property is made up of: a) membership dues; b) donations of natural and legal persons; c) some received by preparation and sale of party symbols, arrangements of lectures, exhibitions and other similar events by the party as well as from publishing and other activity proceeding from the charter purposes and aims that cannot change the nature of party as a non-profit legal entity. The party has not the right to carry out subsidiary entrepreneurial activity other than the case provided by items 1 of this article. The unified election code contains a provision indirectly limiting private funding from private TV and radio companies. Private TV and radio companies determine an equal price for airtime for election subjects and submit to election commissions the information on allocation and distribution of airtime.
