Réponses There are three elements of the election system: national list, territorial list and single-member constituencies. To be a candidate in a single member constituency 750 signatures are required. Only those parties are entitled to territorial list which in this territory have candidates. The party has to have 25% but at least 2 candidates of the eligible deputies of this territory. Only those parties are entitled to a national list which have at least 7 territorial lists.
