تعليقات In case of discrepancy between the results of the vote according to the data of the automatic reading ballot box and the results of the manual vote counting, at the request of the representative of the candidate, a political party or an observer, the ballots shall be recalculated with the direct participation of the representative of the candidate, a political party or an observer and the possibility of their visual control. The ballot papers shall be recalculated aloud.
