تعليقات The complaint regarding the voting procedure shall be submitted within 48 hours after the end of the voting, whereas the complaint regarding the procedure for tabulation and determining of the results shall be submitted within 48 hours after the preliminary results are announced. (3) The State Election Commission is required to establish the facts and circumstances that are of importance for the deciding upon the complaint and, if needed, it can do so by adducing evidence such as: documents, testimonies of witnesses, statements given by the parties, expert examinations, inspection of the voting material and other evidence. The State Election Commission is required to pass a decision within 72 hours after the receipt of the complaint
