تعليقات The Executive Secretariat of the National Electoral Commission prepares its budget. The recurrent budget reserved for the daily activities of the Commission and the special budget which is also used during elections are included in the State Budget. The State also has an obligation to solicit support for the Commission in order to effectively fulfill its responsibilities.
