تعليقات All citizens of Turkmenistan who have reached 18 years of age by polling day, residing in the territory of a given electoral precinct at the moment when the voter list is compiled and entitled to participate in voting, shall be included in the voter list. A voter may be included in a voter list in only one electoral precinct.
