Italy Two bodies are responsible for monitoring the media coverage during the referendum campaign: a Parliamentary Communications Committee ("Commissione parlamentare per l'indirizzo generale e la vigilanza dei servizi radiotelevisivi") and the independent Communications Regulatory Authority (Agcom).
Kazakhstan All printed campaign materials should contain information about the organization that issued these materials, the place of their printing and circulation, and the persons responsible for their release. Distribution of anonymous campaign materials is prohibited.
Agitation of violent changes in the constitutional order, violation of the integrity of the Republic, undermining the security of the state, war, social, racial, national, religious, estate and tribal superiority, as well as the cult of cruelty and violence, is not allowed.
On the day preceding the referendum and on the day of the referendum, campaigning is prohibited. Printed campaign materials, posters previously posted outside the polling station may be kept in their original places.
Macedonia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Law on Referendum, Art. 41 (2): The provisions from the Law on Election of MPs in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia shall be applied for the conduct and the way of voting on the referendum, unless otherwise determined by this Law.

Ukraine Any campaign publicity on the day of a referendum is prohibited.
Uganda when using the private electronic media during canvassing, agents are prohibited from making false or reckless statements, malicious statements, statements containing sectarian words or allusions, abusive, insulting or derogatory statements, exaggerations, caricatures, or words of ridicule, or using derisive or mudslinging words.
Viet Nam
Television is widely popular in Vietnam with television ownership estimated at 98% of the population.Prior to 2000, there were only two state-owned Television channels available in Vietnam.[13]:145 Since then, there are multiple television channels available, including international channels such as BBC World News or CNN International.[13]:148 However, international channels are broadcast with a 10-minute delay to allow censors to stop any broadcasts which are politically sensitive
Websites and social network operators based within Vietnam are required to allow the government to check local servers upon request, as well as possess a method to remove content within three hours of notification by the government
