تعليقات The Electoral code: 64: 1. Each political party shall submit a request to the CEC for being registered as an electoral subject no later than 70 days before the election date. 2. For being registered as an electoral subject for any kind of elections, a political party shall submit to the CEC: a) an attestation proving that the party is registered with the District Court of Tirana; b) name, surname and address of the Chair of the party, who is the authorized person to present candidates; c) official name, acronym and address of the party headquarters; ç) specimen of the party stamp; d) name, surname and address of the finance officer of the party; and dh) name, surname and address of the person responsible for communication with the CEC

تعليقات The Constitution: 45: 1. Every citizen who has reached the age of 18, even on the date of the elections, has the right to elect and to be elected. The Constitution: 69: Without resigning from duty, the following may not run as candidates or be elected deputies: a. judges and prosecutors; b. military servicemen on active duty; c. staff of the police and of the national security; ç. diplomatic representatives; d. mayors of municipalities and communes as well as prefects in the places where they carry out their duties; dh. chairmen and members of the electoral commissions; e. the President of the Republic and the high officials of the state administration contemplated by law The Electoral Code: 63: 2. An electoral subject may also be an Albanian citizen with the right to vote who is proposed as a candidate for deputy or for local government bodies by a group of voters according to the rules set out in this Code.

This fund is determined through a decision of the Assembly and comprises a separate item in the State Budget for the respective electoral year. This fund may not be lower than the aggregate sum allocated to political parties in the previous elections. Art. 80: 1. During the electoral campaign, Public Radio and Television provides free airtime to registered political parties and to the CEC, which is allocated according to the following rules.

This fund may not be lower than the aggregate sum allocated to political parties in the previous elections. 2. The CEC calculates the amount due to each party, by multiplying the monetary value of one valid vote, as defined in point 2 of this article, with the number of valid votes received by each party in the last elections.

تعليقات The foundation of commercial or non commercial legal bodies, exercising profit-making activities, by political parties or their agents, is prohibited. Financial aid by foreign private entities is prohibited. Electoral Code: Art. 89: 1. Electoral subjects can obtain funds for the purposes of their electoral campaigns only from domestic physical or legal persons. For the purpose of this Code, an Albanian citizen who resides outside the territory of the Republic of Albania shall also be considered a domestic physical person.
