تعليقات	Chamber of Deputies: proportional. Party-list system, with proportional distribution of seats according to the d'Hont method. To get a seat, a party must obtain at least 3% of the votes cast in a constituency. The vacant seats arising from general elections are occupied by elected substitutes at the same time as the incumbent members.
