تعليقات Candidates wishing to participate in elections to the National Assembly shall submit their applications in duplicate before the National Electoral Commission no later than thirty days before the date of the election. Each party list must contain a number of candidates equal to the seats in the constituency concerned. In addition, there is a deposit requirement of 100,000 francs per candidate.

تعليقات Candidates participating in elections to the National Assembly shall: - Be at least 25 years old; - Be Ivorian by birth; - Never have renounced the Ivorian nationality. - Have resided continuously in Côte d'Ivoire during the five years preceding the date of the elections. This restriction does not apply to members of diplomatic and consular missions designated by the State for a position or a mission abroad, international civil servants and political exiles.

The second grant is given to political parties and groups in proportion to the number of seats obtained in the National Assembly. The third grant is distributed to the parliamentary groups in proportion to the number of members enrolled in them.
