تعليقات The qualifications for becoming a representative are: to be a citizen of Dominica of at least 21 years old; to have resided in Dominica for a period of twelve months immediately prior to the date of his nomination for the election or to be domiciled and resident in Dominica at that date; and to be able to speak and, unless visually or physically impaired, to read the English language with a degree of proficiency sufficient to enable him to take an active part in the proceedings of the House. The qualifications for senators are the same that for the representatives.
