تعليقات In Kiribati, the political parties are loose groupings rather than disciplined blocks, with little or no structure. Members may change allegiance on a number of occasions during their tenure. It is also common for members to vote according to the special interests of their electorate on certain issues. Legal framework does not have a clause on political party. Every person submitting himself for election shall be nominated by 3 electors in the electoral district or ward, as the case may be, for which he is a candidate, and no candidate may be nominated for more than 1 electoral district or ward, as the case may be.
