تعليقات	Polish Television SA, hereinafter referred to as "Polish Television", has a duty to conduct debates between those representatives of electoral committees in elections to the Sejm or to the European Parliament, who have registered their candidates in all constituencies, and between candidates in the case of elections for the post of the President of the Republic. The time allocated to conducting of debate is not included in the air time, referred to in art. 117. The National Broadcasting Council shall determine by regulation, after consultation with the Board of Polish Television, the detailed rules and procedures for carrying out the debates, referred to in § 1, including the duration of the debates and the national program, in which the debate will be conducted, how to prepare and issue debates, and how to disseminate information about the date of debates - in order to ensure respect for the principle of equality of presenting positions and opinions of the debate.
