Informing of voters shall be carried out by state bodies, bodies of local government, election commissions, mass media organizations, legal entities and individuals in accordance with this Federal Law, Federal Law “On Basic Guarantees”. State bodies, bodies of local government shall not inform voters of political parties which nominated federal lists of candidates, candidates in single- mandate electoral districts or individual candidates.
