تعليقات Article 9: Major matters of public and state life shall be submitted for a nation-wide discussion and put to a direct vote of the people (a referendum). Article 154: The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be amended by constitutional law adopted by a majority, not less than two thirds of the total number accordingly of deputies of the Legislative Chamber and members of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or by referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
