Ecaterine Siradze-Delaunay

In 1998 received my undergraduate degree in Law from Tbilisi Technical University, Humanitarian Technical Institute, In 2004 obtained my MA in Crises Prevention, Humanitarian Aid and Development from Pantheon –Sorbonne Paris 1, Institute of Economic and Social Sciences. I have a longstanding experience in development work in Democracy and Governance, have worked for different organizations such as MSF, ACF, CARE, UNICEF etc. Between 2004 - 2007 working as a Program Manager with International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy – ISFED a leading Georgian NGO that focuses on election monitoring and democracy promotion. Since 2007 became an Executive Director of ISFED and stayed there until the end of my mandate 2011. During my management the organization organized wide range observation of three general elections in Georgia in 2008 (extraordinary Presidential and Parliamentary, deployed approx 2000 observers for each) and local self-government elections in 2010. I have also participated in observation of international missions as well Ukraine 2006 – ENEMO; US 2008 – Virginia Election Administration, Moldova 2007 and Germany 2009 – OSCE/ODIHR; Election Assessment Mission to Ukraine in 2010 Municipal Elections and Morocco 2011. Since October 2011 I am a consultant in different international organizations as National Democratic Institute - NDI, International Republican Institute - IRI, Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy - NIMD.
