Jasmina Dimitrieva

I am graduated lawyer with doctoral degree in international public law, with focus on international and European election standards. I have more than 12 years of experience in electoral field, working primarily with the legal and penal aspects of elections, i.e., enhancement of electoral legislation, capacity-building of electoral bodies and election observation. I worked for OSCE, Council of Europe and IFES on electoral issues in Strasbourg, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Macedonia. I also obtained Advanced diploma on electoral assistance from the European Centre for Electoral Support. I also published a book on Election standards and their implementation in Europe. My expertise also encompass human rights.
