Sean H GraltonMr. Gralton is an Administrative Law Judge in the City of New York. He continues to travel and consult internationally on electoral and governance issues. Most recently, Mr. Gralton was an electoral law advisor to the Iraq Council of Representatives during preparations for their 2010 elections. Mr. Gralton regularly provides training and mentoring to American Foreign Service Officers and US Army command staff on elections, governance, development, and civil/military affairs prior to international deployment. Mr. Gralton has worked in the field of elections and governance for more than 10 years in a wide range of areas, including: political campaigns, election adjudication and management bodies, and directly with elected legislators. Mr. Gralton has worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, Cambodia, the United States House of Representatives, and elsewhere. Mr. Gralton holds a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany. |
