In many cases, I have been an Electoral Advisor/Conseiller Electorale, and Regional Coordinator of Elections. I have interest in Elections. It's a tool for a smooth transfer of power by the "People" or Electorate. I am very much interested in ensuring Gender Mainstreaming in Electoral Processes allowing women and men with equal opportunities. I enjoy working with colleagues in a team, accepting the opinions of others. Cultural diversity is very good in team work. I am humble and very respectful. Conflict Analysis"
