I am commissioner Safaa jasim worked in election filed from 2003 as one of the essential group which built the independent higher election commission in Iraq , for more than 13 years we sharing in wide scope of electoral experience worldwide, in addition to many researchs in election field, also I was working with some colleges from other Arab EMBs to establish ARABS EMBs organization by supporting from UNDP to be the first head of executive office for more than two and half year .
