Versed in new technologies and electoral protocols with voter registration systems, voting equipment, and innovative strategies. In the process of evaluating CEPPS programs in Nigeria for USAID. Recently served as Acting Chief of Party/Deputy Chief of Party for an $80 million USAID funded electoral support project in Afghanistan.
