Khalil Zerargui

Khalil ZERARGUI is the president of Elections-Experts NGO, created in 2005 and based in Paris, France. (www.election-expert.org), an important electoral experience have marked his professional steps. After a Master’s Degree on International Law and Electoral Law. This position give him the opportunity to be part of several kind of Electoral missions and activities. Firstly, as Electoral Observer with OSCE-ODIHR in East Europe and post-communist countries. With European Union and Carter Center’s EOM in Africa. Secondly, as Electoral Officer with United Nations and UNDP in Sudan and as a head of the EOM and Electoral Evaluation Mission of Election-Expert in Africa, Arab World and Latin America. In addition, he took a part to different academic seminars and conferences dealing with electoral experiences around the world, and being Bridge facilitator (www.bridge-project.org) in two workshops in Europe and Africa gave him more capacities to develop his electoral observation skills. Also, Mr ZERARGUI has been included in some electoral project in France as consultant, with The National Commission of Election Funding and Ethi-Log Compagny specialized on computer voting.
