Recommendation 14 (Complaints and Appeals) Sri Lanka 2000

Complaints to the Police arising out of an election should be uniformly referred to the prosecution service after investigation. Complaints not so referred should be recorded
giving the reason for not referring and these records should be available to the Election Commission.
