Recommendation 2 (Polling, Counting and Publication of Results) Yemen 2006

The number of election officials undertaking the counting of votes should be in proportion to the number of polling stations in a polling centre. Counting should be undertaken by trained officials. There should be a realistic and achievable deadline for counting to be completed and for the transfer of results from polling centres to Main Committees.
