Recommendation 33 (Polling, Counting and Publication of Results) Ecuador 2007

Each member of the polling station committee should have a clearly defined role in order to ensure a cross checking mechanism. At least two members should be involved in the process of counting the ballots, while at least two members should fill in each of the tally sheets.
