If the franjas system is to be applied in future elections, it would be advisable that the TSE improve its implementation by creating more transparency with regards to the distribution of publicity spaces, the selection of media outlets, and an effective system to control and monitor the frequency of the ads. Decentralizing the system and its management by directly involving the TPEs would be a positive move.
