Recommendation 62 (Complaints and Appeals) Nigeria 2007

Consideration should be given to establishing a complaints and appeals sub-Commission to investigate and resolve complaints and appeals. If established, one member of INEC should be part of this body, with other members selected on the basis of appropriate expertise in legal disputes.
