Desirable - The layout of the polling stations should ensure secrecy of the vote and easy and free access.
Addressed to - CNE.
Possible Improvements Suggested - Some of the observed polling stations were cramped and did not allow for easy and free flow of voters. Voters should also be provided
with voter screens in order to ensure the secrecy of the ballot.
Timeline - In time for the next elections.
