Desirable - CNE should develop more efficient means to pay the members of the polling stations committees.
Addressed to - NEC.
Possible Improvements Suggested - For example making the payment available on polling day.
If Polling Station members are provided a per diem, those who have to travel distances or those who have other responsibilities will be provided a greater motivation to attend training sessions and carry out their duties on election day.
Timeline - In time for next electoral cycle.
