Essential - The EU EOM recommends that the Electoral Register be continuously purged in order to reduce the number of deceased persons still on the Register and to detect duplicate entries.
Addressed to - TSE, RNPN and Municipal Offices.
Possible Improvements Suggested - The continuous purging of the Electoral Register by the TSE and the coordination with the various entities that feed the Register could make the Register and consequently the electoral process more reliable.
