Zage FilipovskiWhat I bring to the team is over 15 years’ Elections Assistance experience bringing innovation in the work of different state institutions and civil society organizations in several countries where we managed to introduce new vision in the field of Elections Administration, Local and Regional Governments. To summarize, my experience relates to Project Management in the field of Good governance, Electoral Assistance & Elections Monitoring and Efficient Institution Building. In these endeavors I have mastered techniques such are Change Management & Creating Positive Psychological Capital in the organizations also combined with effective Public Relations and Marketing skills. On the basis of in-debt needs assessment I prepare and deliver carefully crafted and customized training and coaching interventions while utilizing variety of presentation and facilitation techniques to attract and keep the attention of the audience. The modules I deliver are internationally recognized and widely used programs known as BRIDGE (Building Resources in Democracy, Governance and Elections) and UN HABITAT Elected Leadership Programme. |
