تعليقات All members of the Central Electoral Board must be Dominicans by birth or origin, be more than 35 years old and in full possession of their civil and political rights. In addition, all members, including alternates, must have a Law degree or a PhD and at least 12 years of experience. Finally, they should reside or move to the city of Santo Domingo, where the headquarters of the Central Electoral Board are.
