تعليقات The President, who is both the Head of State and the Head of Government, shall be elected for a period of four years by direct vote and may not be reelected for the following period. The President is elected by absolute majority of valid votes. If none of the candidates obtains more than 50% of the valid votes, a second round shall be held among the two candidates that have obtained the highest number of votes on the first round. The candidate who obtains the majority of valid votes on the second round is elected President.
