تعليقات The NEC conducted voter education campaign which included newspaper advertisements and audio and video clips on public and private broadcasters, including in Russian language, and posters describing procedures. The NEC also used Facebook, YouTube and Twitter as communication channels. The NEC website contained comprehensive and regularly updated information in Estonian and summaries in English.
