النظام الانتخابي - مجلس واحد

السؤالما هو النظام الانتخابي للمجلس الاول للهيئة التشريعية الوطنية؟
الإجابات g. قائمة التمثيل النسبي
تعليقات The Parliament is composed of 300 members. 288 deputies are elected by open list proportional representation from multi-member constituencies and 12 deputies are elected by closed party lists in a single country-wide constituency on the basis of the total number of votes that each party received. According to article 99 (3), if there are seats that haven’t been allocated to any party (which might happen due to the complicated allocation system and the 3% threshold required for a party to win any seats in the parliament), the party that received the highest number of valid votes in the whole country gets a bonus of 50 seats. 2015 Update Under the terms of a 2008 constitutional amendment to the electoral law, the party which wins the highest proportion of the national vote, proceeds to automatically obtain fifty additional seats. This means that only 250 seats, out of a Chamber of 300 deputies, are allocated on the basis of Proportional Representation.
