تعليقات The President and the Vice-President of the Republic are elected through universal and secret suffrage for a single four-year term. If none of the candidates secures an absolute majority, a second round takes place within a period of no more than sixty, or less than forty-five days, counting from the first round, between the two most-voted candidates.
